Although packing is done under strict supervision, we are not responsible for any breakage, loss, or theft while in transit. Our Liability ceases after handling the parcel to the courier.

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number. We generally ship through Bluedart/ DTDC/ DHL / Safexpress Logistics wherever possible or will use other reputed courier service providers.

There is sometimes a possibility of extra charges like Octroi etc. which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.

The prices, Specifications and availability of items are subject to change without any prior notice.

The usual lead time is 2-7 days (Domestic shipping) and 1-3 weeks (International shipping) from the date of receipt of the orders.

Those items for shipment to countries outside India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

However due to the ongoing pandemic the shipments are getting delayed and make take longer than usual to deliver. Also is area marked as containment zone, the shipment will be kept on hold and the deliveries will be attempted once the situation eases.

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Sugandh Vyapar be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site.

We offer express 24-hour delivery service for orders in Lucknow UP through Swiggy/Porter/Uber.

To avail this express shipping, you have to choose/opt for shipping. "Local Delivery" option (if Available) at the checkout.
This service support maximum delivery area is 10 km radius from Hazratganj, Lucknow 226 001
This service support maximum order gross weight is 5 Kg
This service is operation only when the weather is clear and swiggy/ Porter/Uber delivery agents are available.

What is the general return policy on Sugandh Vyapar ?

In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to be opened, tried, or used.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@sugandhvyapar.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Exchange is possible only after verification from our end.

Shipping
To return your defective product, you should mail your product to: 7, Commerce House, Habibullah Estate, Hazratganj, Lucknow- 01 Uttar Pradesh IN.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I cancel an order on sugandhkart website?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so at the earliest by emailing us at care@sugandhvyapar.com
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your order has been shipped, we will arrange to refund the full amount back to the original mode of payment.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped:
- There will be no refund.
